Banners: In the background, there are banners with "ROYAL NAVY" and "ROYAL AIR FORCE" logos, suggesting the event might be related to military technology, recruitment, or a STEM outreach program supported by these organizations. There's also a "BAE SYSTEMS" logo visible, indicating their involvement.

Year 7 and Year 8 students recently embarked on an exciting journey into the world of Artificial Intelligence, thanks to a dynamic and interactive roadshow designed to entertain, educate and inspire. This year’s theme, Artificial Intelligence (AI), was brought to life through a 50-minute live theatre performance, developed in collaboration with leading organizations including BAE Systems, the Royal Air Force and the Royal Navy.

The roadshow offered a captivating experience, introducing students to the transformative power of AI – a topic that is rapidly reshaping how we live, work and learn. A highlight of the performance was exciting demonstrations featuring Lexi, an AI robotic dog, offering a tangible glimpse into cutting-edge technology.

The show delved into the practical applications of AI, illustrating how it was already being seamlessly integrated into education, various technologies and our everyday lives. Critically, the roadshow also addressed the vital aspect of online safety. Students received crucial lessons on how to identify sophisticated deep fakes and understand the inherent risks associated with the misuse of AI.
