Ebbsfleet Academy recently held its much-anticipated Culture Day — a vibrant celebration of global traditions, cuisine, and creativity. Designed to foster cultural awareness and appreciation among students, the event combined hands-on learning with joyful festivities, leaving everyone with lasting memories and a deeper understanding of the world around them.
By the afternoon, the school grounds transformed into a bustling cultural fair, complete with decorated stalls which were run by staff. Each stall featured activities and treats connected to global traditions, providing an immersive, interactive experience. One of the most popular attractions was the international food stalls. Tables were lined with delicious bites from around the world.
The day concluded with a vibrant cultural fashion show in the school hall. Students took to the stage wearing traditional outfits that represented their heritage, proudly introducing where they were from. Each student walked the runway with confidence, some sharing a few words in their native language or explaining a unique feature of their attire. The show was a powerful celebration of identity and inclusion, met with enthusiastic applause from peers and teachers.
